EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Mokokchung District Art and Culture Council (MDACC) invites Expression of Interest from interested individuals / groups / organizations for associating with MDACC in organization of M Fest and Naga Idol Ver 2.07, this year. M Fest will comprise of Miss Mokokchung, Wa Wa Menű (a stand alone comedy show in Ao), Naga Idol 2.07 and a concert. The various categories for which MDACC invites Expression of Interest are the following:
1. District partners for organizing auditions in the districts of Kohima, Dimapur, Wokha, Zunheboto, Phek, Tuensang, Mon, Longleng, Peren and Kiphire. The partners will be required to organize the auditions at their level as per the guidelines issued by MDACC in this regard. MDACC will depute an observer for the auditions. The logistics for auditions will be arranged by the District Partner. The partner will be further associated with MDACC for sale of Voting Cards, CDs and other Idol material on behalf of MDACC in the district concerned. The District Partner will also be given exclusive rights for organization of Road shows and concerts with the Idol finalists in the district concerned, with sharing of revenue with MDACC.
2. Print Media sponsors for showcasing M Fest and Naga Idol 2.07. The official Print Media sponsors will be given access to exclusive pictures, results and news with regard to M Fest and Naga Idol 2.07.
3. Electronic Media Sponsors for show casing M Fest and Naga Idol 2.07. The official Electronic Media sponsors will be given the rights of telecasting videos, audios, concerts and results of the contest and will also be given the rights for live coverage of the main event, subject to pre agreed terms and conditions.
4. Mobile Service Sponsors for providing SMS voting services for selection of the winner of Naga Idol ver 2.07. The sponsor will be given access to results, profiles of the contestants, wallpapers and ring tone downloads of songs of favorite contestants.
5. Internet Service Sponsors for providing details of the contest on the Internet. The Internet service sponsors will be provided with contestant profiles, results, voting trends, audio and video clips for putting on the website of the Internet Service Sponsors.
6. Event Sponsors for sponsoring the M Fest events in the following categories :
7. Stage Sponsors, Voting Card Sponsor, Tickets Sponsor, Poster Sponsor, Lights Sponsor, Sound Sponsor, Video Sponsor for various events of M Fest and Naga Idol 2.07.
8. Sponsors for the prizes and gift hampers for Winners and Runners Up of Naga Idol ver 2.07, Miss Mokokchung and Wa Wa Menű.
9. Paying Guest Facility providers for visitors, contestants and other guests and tourists during the M Fest to augment the boarding facilities in Mokokchung.
10. Catering Service providers in Mokokchung for providing meals to contestants and guests.
11. Transport Service Providers in Mokokchung for transport of guests, contestants during the festival.
12. Stall providers for construction of Stalls for organizing Handloom and Handicraft Festival and Ethnic Food & Cuisine Festival.
